WEIGHT LOSS EXERCISE Have you ever heard yourself say, "I have got to get back into shape." Unfortunately, I used to hear myself saying this all time. Luckily, over the years I have found some easy ways to lose my excess winter weight pretty fast, while still having fun. Weight loss exercising is nobody's friend, but it can be much simpler than most people make it out to be.

Losing weight can be long and strenuous, but personally I like to make it fun. When I am overweight after a long drought of not exercising, or after the holidays, I find it best to start small and have fun.

The first thing I like to do is ride a stationary bike. I never go for more than a half an hour and I always have the television on. It's simple, but even this can take time out of my busy schedule. But I have found that I am always up late, and when I watch my late night talk shows I just ride my bike. It is the simplest way to incorporate weight loss exercising, and for me it's really fun. Another way I like to lose weight is to mix up what I am doing.

I never like to get bored when I try to lose weight. My biggest flaw is getting bored and not enjoying putting effort into looking better. So I never do the same thing more than two times in a row. I work out about three times a week, and I try to mix it up. One of my favorite things to do is swim for a half an hour. You don't even have to swim laps, if you have a diving board, just jump off it five times, do some fun cannon balls, and paddle around in the water for a while. By the time I am done, my body feels exhausted and I know I received a great workout!

As you can see weight loss exercising can be really fun and I encourage you to try it on your own. Losing weight doesn't take a Bowflex, a six pack, and two hours a day. It simply takes a little effort to get out of the house routine and have fun doing what you like to do. Those are two ways that I like to do my weight loss exercising ,and I hope you can incorporate at least one of those ideas into your weekly life.
